Get ready

"Here at The Riemsteam, we’re on a mission to prove that feeling healthier and happier after 50, 60, or even 70, is far simpler than you’ve ever imagined. I discovered that freedom myself at 59 — and now I want to show you how to break free from low mobility, low energy and that heavy feeling of just 'being old.' How?"

Get Set

Simplicity Over Intensity

"We've all been conditioned to view getting healthy as something to avoid, mainly because it's so closely tied to exercise — and let's face it, exercise feels like hard work and isn't always enjoyable. But what if, at 50, 60, or even 70, you could completely flip that mindset and start seeing getting healthy as something you genuinely enjoy — something you actually look forward to doing every day?"

GO !

It all starts with redefining what “being healthy” means to you—at your current age. It’s different for everyone.I don’t know about you, but in my 20s, all I cared about was building muscle.
in my 30s, I wanted to show those muscles off.
in my 40s, I worked hard just to hold on to them.
in my 50s, I was so busy managing life that muscles were the last thing on my mind.
But when I hit 60, I finally matured enough to realize that true health begins with defining what “healthy” actually means for me right now, at this stage of life. That’s when it clicked: being healthy at this age isn’t about chasing yesterday’s goals. It’s about doing what I need to do so that I feel better today than I did yesterday—every single day.
AND THAT'S THE RIEMSTEAM WAY !

START SIMPLE, STAY SIMPLE,

First of all, let me make one thing crystal clear: being healthy at 30 is completely different from being healthy at 65. In fact, I don’t usually even put them in the same sentence. I don’t know if you can remember back that far, but at 30, I had to work my tail off just to feel a little better—because I already felt great most of the time! On the other hand, many of us over 50 (and especially over 60) feel so rough on a regular basis that even a little bit of movement for a week or two makes us feel amazing. That’s exactly why we keep telling everyone on the team: Start Simple and Stay Simple—simple enough that it’s almost impossible to fail. The saying “Start Simple, Stay Simple” exists for a reason. Most people quit because their idea of “healthy” is still stuck in the past—back when they were 30 or 40 and could crush it in the gym. Just because you walk for a week and you begin to feel better, doesn't mean you should begin to run, that's the old you, now you're more mature, relaxed, and full of wisdom. At 60+, your job isn’t to do as much as you possibly can or lift as much as possible. Your job is to stay in the game long enough to build a real habit of movement. That’s when you start feeling great again. And that’s when the magic happens—that’s when you actually start enjoying what you’re doing. It stops feeling like “a workout” and just becomes part of your life.So remember: Start Simple. Stay Simple. "Forever."How ?

Mental Detox

What’s a Mental Detox?A mental detox is hitting the reset button on your brain.
It’s about changing how you think about fitness, health, and your body at your current age — instead of clinging to the way you did things thirty years ago. Think about this: your body doesn’t function the way it did in your 20s or 30s. Niether should your mind think or function the way it did in your 20s, or 30s. So why on earth would you allow your mind to continue telling your body that it can? That’s exactly why so many of us end up hurt, frustrated, or quitting altogether. The hard truth? Most people refuse to accept they’re getting older because somebody sold them the lie that aging isn’t “Cool. But hey, ”I’m 65, and I’m as Cool as a Cucumber Chilling in the fridge. Don’t believe me? Ask my grandkids — they’ll tell you that they're Papa is the coolest. So if your ready to ditch the old programming and find your cool again, Let’s do it together. Drop a (Yes) below if you’re ready for your mental detox, ETC, ETC, ETC.......# Riemsteam #MentalDetox #Over50Fitness #CoolAtAnyAge
